I was trying to get these done so I could come to craft night and finish them but my day was just way too crazy. How was craft night? what are you making for the handmade bazaar?

craft night was very productive. i am experimenting with chocolate (e.g. the hazelnut cup you had yesterday) and also making some felt barrettes.

how would you rate the hazelnut cup? what can i improve?

The hazlenut cup was great! (of course) I loved the grated nut on top. I am guessing it was just melted chocolate chips? if you add a touch of oil to it and beat it a bit it will help soften the chocolate so if it's served in a really cool place it won't be too hard. I really liked the hazlenut! I just wanted them to be bigger so I could eat more! YUM! Thank you so much, that was very sweet of you to bring an exra treat for me yesterday. thanks.

Wow, that looks great! I would love one but alas, I live in Australia and can only pay via PayPal. :(

hmm...Let me think. I might have a paypal. Let me check, I'll get back to you. I would have to ask for shipping as well, I don't know if that would be okay.
Oh yeah. Microcosm Publishing (www.microcosmpublishing.com) will be selling them soon. If you ever order from them then you could just add it to your order.
Let me go check on the paypal.

1.10 or 2.70 both US. Just let me know what type of shipping you'd like. You can send it through paypal too:

I do have paypal: weblybucket@hotmail.com

http://ircalc.usps.gov/intl_speed.asp?CID=10013&MailType=envelope&Pounds=0&Ounces=3

This says 2.60US for airmail or 4.06US for standard. If you want one just tell me in paypal which shipping you want.

Oh, I'm so sorry that I never replied to this comment and then asked the same question at veganpeople! It only occured to me that if one of my LJ accounts wasn't getting comments sent via e-mail, this one might not be either!

Thanks so much for the information. As soon as I get paid I'm going to PayPal calendar cost + postage to you. :)

Daww, my first thought was "I WANT ONE!!!" and then I realized that I'm going to be on the road for 8 out of next year's 12 months and thus it just isn't practical. My slingshot makes much more sense. Still... damn, it looks rad.

Slingshots are great...BUT, you can use this as a food log, write in what you've eaten that day so you can look back see how maybe you should eat some vegetables! There are even some food ideas for camping in there!

LJ is doing funny things with not sending me emails. They will be sold at the handmade bazaar http://www.handmadebazaar.org/
I am in North Portland and visit SE sometimes, maybe if you're close in I could drop it off, or you could pick it up. Microcosm should be selling them next week-ish if you ever stop by there shop. Maybe I should try to sell some to Reading Frenzy.

The bazaar sounds like something I would like to see.
I'm just off Hawthorne, near Redlight and Buffalo Exchange, between The Sensory and- that's all I know the proper name for. Around 35th. If you think you'll be around here. Otherwise I'd like to pick it up, because I like taking little trips. Or I would find a copy at the bazaar.

So... to Australia, with airmail, total cost? I'll Paypal it.

Also, I'm getting the kiwis to make your Kiwi Sauce for putting on not-chicken bits this weekend. Mmm... I must remember find my camera USB cord and post pictures of tasty things... but my brain is lazy and likes to forget to do this...

un/fourtantly thomas is much much more of an eater than a cook. its ok though because im kinda overprotective of my kitchen. heh.. (but really i just enjoy making things for other people. im a mama like that..)

i was going to link to a scan of the other calender i have (its all hand drawn and really cute. made by [info]posixeleni), but she has removed the image from her photobucket account. ah well!
